KnK Architects is an architecture studio based in Athens, Greece, consisted of architects from different backgrounds. Our design starts from the discussion with the client, a conversation which is crucial throughout the process because it is very important to us to fulfil each person’s special needs.

Our architectural vision is inspired from everyday life, from both the built and unbuilt environment, the climate, our social interactions, from literally anything that can be translated into an architectural vocabulary. Architecture is a dynamic science and is not a mere distribution of spaces. It is not only the function of a room nor only the form and materiality of a volume. Following a minimalistic approach, we create spatial expressions which offer to the users a unique experience of mind and space. The result of this procedure is projects with high-end designs that combine the clear with the complex volumes, the traditional with the contemporary materials, the natural with the artificial landscape.

Our purpose is to design spaces which are not only aesthetically appealing but also propose architectural narratives that enhance the local context and expand our perception of everyday life.

Our portfolio ranges from small to large scale buildings, from private houses to company offices and touristic/hospitality developments. The creation of a specific and unique brief for every project leads to a holistic design with respect to the practice’s identity and the client’s needs. Sustainability and resiliency is key to every design.
